Listings are created by sellers. NewRide does not independently verify every detail, and vehicle information, photos, specifications, price and availability may be inaccurate or out of date. Always inspect the vehicle in person and independently confirm the rego plate, money owing (PPSR security interest register), and a current WOF before purchase. Listings may be withdrawn or sold at any time and are subject to prior sale. Private sellers sell 'as is, where is' — the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to a private sale and there is no cooling-off period. Vehicles sold by a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader (RMVT) are sold 'in trade', so the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, and the trader must display an accurate Consumer Information Notice (CIN) for the vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003.
