The fastest way to report is in the app: use the report button beside Share on a listing, the report button in a chat header for a conversation, Report this person in someone's profile, or the report button on an ad card for a sponsored ad. Our moderators review every report and update you in your notifications. For one-to-one problems, you can also block a buyer from contacting you — see Blocking a buyer.
You can also report harmful or offensive content to Netsafe, the approved agency under the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, or email us with the listing link.
Complaints about our conduct go to the Commerce Commission (fair trading) or the Advertising Standards Authority (advertising). Privacy complaints go to our privacy address — see the privacy policy.
